LSD – Liebe Statt Drogen, die Lesebühne im Schokoladen am Dienstag dem 13. August 2018, ist eine der bekanntesten Lesebühnen Berlins. Jeden Dienstag Abend begeistern die 5 Mitglieder von LSD, die Gäste des Schokoladens mit neuen Texten, Tänzen und Songs. Ein Spaß für jedermann.
Beginn ist 21:30 Uhr. 
Alfred Hitchcock is one of the most iconic directors of all times. There’s barely anybody who hasn’t seen one of his films or at least has heard of him. They’re visionary pieces of cinematic greatness, made to outlive generations.
For the last couple of weeks the BABYLON Berlin has been showing a retrospective of some of Hitchcocks greatest works. Only until the 11th of July you’ll be able to see some of the masterpieces of this cinematic heavy weight on the big screen. It’s the way it’s meant to be seen, thus don’t miss out!

You like to be out and about and you like classical music? Well, then you’re in luck. The Classic Open Air Gendarmenmarkt 2018 are on. Listen to classical music in one of the most beautiful locations of Berlin, the Gendarmenmarkt.
With musical pieces from different areas and genres the Classic Open Air Gendarmenmarkt is going to be one of the musical highlights this summer.
The only downside is the price. Tickets start at 59€ at Ticketmaster.de. However if you’re into classical music and if you have a few bucks to spare, this is something to spend them on.

Film geeks listen up: For their Series Magical History Tour – Light in Film the cinema Arsenal – Institut für Film und Videokunst e.V. will show Christopher Nolan’s award-winning epic blockbuster “Dunkirk”. If you haven’t seen it, it’s definitely worth watching one of the best movies of 2017 in one of Berlin’s most cinephile cinemas.
Fjaka plays straight from the Berlin underground! This Thursday the 17th of May they’ll stop by at Kaffee Burger in Mitte to make your booties shake. Come on over at 9pm and bring your dancing shoes and 5€ for the door. It’s going to be great a great night with Fjaka at Kaffee Burger!
On Friday the 11th of May the M-BIA Club will host the For An Endless Night /w. Björn Torwellen. As the name implies, it’s going to be an endless night of techno sounds. With Björn Torwellen (Abstract), Daniel Boon (NeuhainRec.) and others it promises to be an amazing night/day for every fan of electronic music. Definitely worth checking out 🙂
It’s one of the coolest and coziest open mic’s of Berlin, Kilkelly’s Open Sofa Sessions and this time around it’s a birthday!
Located in the historic and awesome Kaffee Burger in Mitte it’s fun for everyone! If you wanna play, you’ve got to sign up at 9pm at Kaffee Burger.

Psst, wanna hear something cool? Ella Clayton plays the Friday Night Live at the R/D this Friday. She’s a great singer songwriter from London, who resides in Berlin at the moment to record her debut EP and has already built a solid fan base in the city. It’s definitely worth a listen 😉

If you haven’t heard of Laura Guidi yet you haven’t experienced one of the most exciting musicians Berlin has to offer. She’s a talented songwriter, a great showman and a unique voice. Her songs of love and life and death will grab you by the heart and draw you in. Although she plays with her band quite frequently nowadays, this gig is something special and intimate, just her and her guitar. Don’t miss Live Music / Laura Guidi / voice & guitar.
