What do you do when Friedrichshain is calling? You answer!

On Saturday, 23rd of May, you’ll have the opportunity to put that to a test at Friedrichshain Calling! – Will you follow?! at Cassiopeia. There’ll be tunes to dance to, drinks+ to consume and a good time to have. Everything that makes F-Hain unique will be there at the taking. Downstairs, upstairs, in the garden and in the table soccer area, come and join the gang.

26/05/2018 – Bob Dylan Tribut Night at Bar Bobu

On Saturday, May 26th, Bar Bobu hosts the Bob Dylan tribut Night aka The Big Bar Bobu Bobby D Bday Bash. Some of the best musicians of Berlin town will pay their respects to the one and only Bob Dylan.

Organised by musical whirlwind Michael Brinkworth 13+ musicians will hit the stage to present their favourite tunes of his Bobness. Among the talents present will be Temple Haze, Wasp Summer, Geraint John Jones, Leelo, Kilkelly, Ella Clayton, Mabloni, Rainer Vom Feld, Sebastian Hoch, Regine S., Wolf-Peter Arand and Angelo Lovato. They’ll play solo and together with the house band of the evening, featuring The house band will feature Michael Brinkworth, Stefan Bregenzer on drums, Hal Strewe on bass, Temple Haze on electric guitar and Thømås Ghåzi on keys/organ.

Free entry! Doors open at 7pm and music starts at 7:30pm sharp. Be there or be square!

In the club Mohalo live (VC-118A / Mohlao, meanwhile, silent season), DJ MORI (merkur, suicide), Khadija (Midnight Shift, New York) and SDX (suicide, bold) will serve you exquisit tunes, while DJ Krime (dizzy tunes) and Armin (melting point, suicide) will make you dance in the outside area.

Espin will celebrate the release of his debut album at Badehaus on Thursday, 24th of May. It’s an honest, emotional and brave piece of music waiting to be listend to and loved. There’ll be casio beats, synths, saxophone, piano, pop and guitar, a true melting pot of sounds. The night will be opened by the amazing Teresa Bergman. Storyteller Burt Byler from New Orleans will make his way to Bar Bobu for the Folk Night on Tuesday. He’ll be supported by Shotgun Willie and the Texas Pickers. Thus it promises to turn into a great evening full of amazing Americana, Folk and Country. Com’n over, grab a drink, sit down and have a listen. It’s worth it.
