On the 25th of May is the last Friday of the month and that means it’s time to listen to two of the best musicians of the Berlin Underground music scene at the SUB | Stars Undergound Berlin.
It’s a new event and for this first edition you can look forward to IMustBe Leonardo and Bhuvan Singh & The Ice Cold Heart.

On Friday, May 25th, the Club der Visionäre will host another sleepless night with some of the finest electro in town. Dubfound, Pîrvu, Francesco Assenza and Andrea Ferlin will put on some tunes for you. Come on over because Sleep is Commercial!
Let’s get bold on Friday! Suicide Circus hosts BOLD a colourful evening full of ecstatic music. In the club Mohalo live (VC-118A / Mohlao, meanwhile, silent season), DJ MORI (merkur, suicide), Khadija (Midnight Shift, New York) and SDX (suicide, bold) will serve you exquisit tunes, while DJ Krime (dizzy tunes) and Armin (melting point, suicide) will make you dance in the outside area.

Espin will celebrate the release of his debut album at Badehaus on Thursday, 24th of May. It’s an honest, emotional and brave piece of music waiting to be listend to and loved. There’ll be casio beats, synths, saxophone, piano, pop and guitar, a true melting pot of sounds. The night will be opened by the amazing Teresa Bergman. If all this isn’t enough for you to go and see the show, we’re at our wit’s end.

This Thursday at Jazz Club at Bar Bobu the lovely Fina and Sophie Sutton will play their sweet and haunting tunes. The two talented songwriters will play their pop’n’folk gems and nobody will not be moved by these two amazing musicians. It’s gonna be a night worthwhile.

If you’re into deep beats and pumping bass lines this is your place to be for the night. The DJ’s of the night will be Derek Plaslaiko (the bunker new york / perc trax / m-nus), Agaric (drumcode / ovum / we are), Magda El Bayoumi, (tresor.berlin) Lilly Deupré (encore.une.fois) and many more.

Storyteller Burt Byler from New Orleans will make his way to Bar Bobu for the Folk Night on Tuesday. He’ll be supported by Shotgun Willie and the Texas Pickers. Thus it promises to turn into a great evening full of amazing Americana, Folk and Country. Com’n over, grab a drink, sit down and have a listen. It’s worth it.

It’s Jazz Jamsession at Bierhaus Urban on Tuesday, May 22nd. If you’ve got the groove or if you wanna chill to some tunes and count the time signatures, come down to the Bierhaus, it’s the oldest Eckkneipe in Kreuzberg.

Hellraiser is a horror classic and this Friday, May 18th, Saal 2 – Programmkino in Prenzlauer Berg screens this bone chilling piece of film history at midnight. So if you haven’t seen Hellraiser, this is your chance to make up on some popcultural history. It’ll be worth it.
Hellraiser – Der Horrorklassiker zu Mitternacht starts at 23:59 at Saal 2, Schliemannstraße 15. It will be he original version with German subtitles.
