Tomorrow on the 7th May Berlins new international airport BBI is celebrating its topping-out ceremony BBI is inviting all those who interested, to the topping-out ceremony weekend at the BBI Infotower on 8 and 9 May.

Its about time to celebrate the topping-out ceremony for the terminal. This day marks yet another important milestone. From today its only just under 550 days before the Capital Airport Berlin Brandenburg International (BBI) will opens its gateways to the world. In an official ceremony, the topping-out wreath will be hoisted above the terminal roof. On the weekend after, all those in Berlin and Brandenburg who are interested, get the chance to see for themselves how work is progressing on constructing the airport.

When? 08.Mai from 10am –7pm and 09.Mai from 10pm –6pm

The topping-out ceremony program:
10:30 a.m. onwards, 1h tours will be offered every hour starting at the BBI Infotower. Price: €8,kids €4

A varied programs also awaits the youngest with a bouncy castle, an excavator licence and construction site mascot Armin providing entertainment.
